These Terms of Service apply to https://hmyny.com and purchases made through the website.
“Hmyny,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the merchant operating the store under the trading name Hmyny, as identified in our Legal Notice.
By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced below, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
1. Website Use and Accounts
You must have the legal capacity to enter into a purchase contract or use the store with appropriate authorization from a parent or guardian.
Provide accurate contact, payment, billing, and delivery information. Protect your account credentials and notify us of suspected unauthorized use.
Do not use the website for fraud, unlawful activity, unauthorized access, interference with store operations, or infringement of another person’s rights.
2. Products and Availability
Review product descriptions, dimensions, materials, compatibility information, available options, prices, and availability before ordering. Contact us if you need clarification.
Screen settings may affect how colors appear. This does not remove our responsibility to supply products that conform to their descriptions or your rights if an item is defective or not as described.
We may update listings or discontinue products. Listing changes do not retroactively alter the agreed terms of an existing order.
3. Prices and Payment
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless clearly stated otherwise.
Applicable taxes and the final order total are shown at checkout before payment. Standard U.S. shipping is free, with no minimum purchase.
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. You must be authorized to use your selected payment method.
If a material pricing or listing error affects your order, we will contact you. We will not charge an increased price without your agreement. Any payment taken for a canceled order will be refunded.
4. Orders and Cancellations
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order.
If a product is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, or there is a reasonable concern involving fraud or a material error, we may decline or cancel the order and notify you.
If we cancel an order after taking payment, we will refund the payment promptly and in accordance with applicable law.
To request changes or cancellation, contact hello@hmyny.com as soon as possible. Requests can be accommodated only while fulfillment status permits.
5. Shipping
Our Shipping Policy explains delivery arrangements.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, followed by an estimated transit period of 5–10 business days. The estimated total delivery period is 6–13 business days.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates.
6. Returns and Refunds
Our Return and Refund Policy allows eligible return requests within 30 calendar days after delivery.
Customers pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns. Hmyny covers reasonable return shipping for damaged, defective, or incorrect products supplied by us.
The restocking fee is $0.
We complete return inspections and issue approved refunds within 10 business days after receiving returned products. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the funds.
7. Intellectual Property
Trademarks, images, text, and other protected materials belong to their respective owners or licensors.
These Terms do not grant permission to reproduce or commercially exploit protected content without authorization.
8. External Links
External websites operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Their inclusion as links does not, by itself, establish an endorsement or affiliation.
9. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is processed and the choices available to you.
Use of the website does not replace consent where separate consent is required by law.
10. Website Availability and Consumer Rights
Temporary website errors or interruptions may occur. Contact us if a problem affects your order.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or removes mandatory consumer rights, applicable warranties, or remedies for defective, misdescribed, or undelivered goods.

We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version with a new date.
The terms in effect when an order was placed apply to that order unless a change is required by law or agreed with you.
